o Categorize all different types of papers (Correspondence, Financial, Legal & Contracts, and Engineering etc).
o Computerize everything so all files can be viewed over internet when information is required.
o Workers might ask for a particular file number to know some information.
o I was responsible to get some receipts stamped from finance department.
o Answering Administrative questions & inquires in accordance to establish rules & regulations.
o Perform routine & nonroutine office administrative tasks by communicating in writing or verbally with other offices.
o Prepare & submit as required different forms & requests & assure their accuracy & compliance.
o Update regularly the office record & files to be ahead with the most recent work development.
o Help in stationary & office articles.
o Prepare brief, summaries & other reports for consideration & action by manager.
o Manage all sent and received documents and generate document transmittal forms
o Working on Document Management System (DMS)
o Receive submissions
o Generate weekly report for meetings
o Provide suggestions to case officers
