Work closely with and coach partners regarding how to develop high performing and diverse teams, including assisting with resource planning, reviewing utilization and managing the feedback and review processes. Develop and implement mentoring and career coaching programs for associates and counsel. Collaborate with the recruitment department to integrate new attorneys into the firm. Manage the exit process and analyze any trends reported by departing attorneys. Assist with the year-end compensation process. Continuously improve associate engagement and morale, including active promotion of all diversity & inclusion initiatives and the firm’s Global Citizenship program.
