THD Financial owned a Bistro, a Coffee Shop and a Fast Food in downtown Satu Mare. When I joined the company there was a stagnancy cloud hovering over the venues. I implemented a new Business Plan rewriting our business guidelines: improved menu, redesign with our Fast Food location, a more active brand engagement with the community and costs reducing. Along the way we were constantly introducing new products and services and keeping a close feedback communication chanel with our customers. One thing that I didn't see it coming was the Financial Crisis in 2008.


"MaySix" Jeans Brand

Angel Investor

MaySix is actually my birth date. I immediately fell in love with the idea behind the Brand. Two of my friends wanted to build a Jeans Brand that will have attitude, design and affordability. In a market dominated by renowned, expensive brands like Diesel and Zara, a new, fresh and chic presence looked as a promising start.
I sold my stake in late 2008 when the market was considerably affected by the Financial Crisis.

Prodaliment SA

Initially Prodaliment was a state owned Meat Processing company (before the '89 events) and it was later bought by former employees. In 2002 I joined the new owners in the effort of turning the business around, make it sustainable and profitable and bring the brand's presence to a regional level.
We implemented a new business and marketing strategy with new and quality products and rebranding it to "Mama Maria". Rebranding and a new Identity has its challenges but we were committed to making our efforts a success story. In 3 years we generated 600.000 USD yearly sales, a 350% growth with a consolidated regional distribution network in Transylvania.


Local Military Unit


My position required a good knowledge of social, political events that were occurring on the local scene. I was familiar with the local key figures, their political and social agenda and their positioning in the local game theory play.
