When I first joined M&S I started off as a customer advisor, through hard work and dedication I am now in position of sec-ordinator/duty manager, The tasks I implement on a day to day basis are to ensure that the team are motivated to maximise customer service and productivity. Communicate with the team so they are aware of the latest offers and the targets to achieve for the week. I also Delegate the workload amongst the staff to ensure the right people are in the right place so that the workload gets completed efficiently. At M&S I was also the service champion as I had given great customer service, in the supervisory role which I am in today it has given me a way to show customer advisors the right service behaviours to ensure that the customer comes back into our store happy.
