Providing internal telephone and personal Aftersales IT software support of the Autoline (Kerridge) motor car dealership computer software used by staff within our organization.
Enabling parts, service and warranty motor industry staff to use the Autoline software accurately, effectively and efficiently for the daily business requirements.
Displaying leadership, training, guidance and motivational skills to a team of staff who have been recently introduced to the automotive software.
Mentoring the Aftersales team of staff in order to provide better internal customer service to our users.
Enhancing the user-centric experience and improving on internal support call policies.
Empowering team members on how to handle irate internal users of the computer software.
Establishing effective problem-solving solutions and future problem preventative processes.
Monitoring and assisting with current and aged support call backlog.
Marketing the advantages and benefits of an analytical thought process to the team members in order for them to expose and identify user training oversights and/or software deficiencies or limitations.
Conducting regular meetings with the Senior Management members within the business units of BMW, Jaguar/Landrover and Hyundai/Tata throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in terms of any Aftersales issues or concerns.
