Gained thorough skills in updating tourism knowledge which correlates to sourcing and providing international and domestic information and advice. Also gained communication skills through dealing with customers, solving issues of conflict, reserving bookings through the Galileo system. Other skills attained include accounting, record keeping, understanding of privacy laws and customer confidentiality, as well as laws which are concerned with the discipline of travel and tourism.
