To play a role of an Application lead for a team of 6, performing reporting for a specific number of healthcare sites.
To play a part in the collaborative functions of Siemens (US- INDIA), and to work with the US counterparts.
Understand the CMS (US Healthcare patient quality standard) and Hospital reporting requirements, the quality initiatives and to adhere to the constantly changing CMS standard updates.
Develop and automate patient and hospital quality reports, using Business objects, SQM GUI and MS Office – Excel and PowerPoint.
To mitigate all the customer related concerns, provide solutions and invent best practice methods to negate them.
Trained and lead a team of 16 from various other domains, on a short term project (6 month) on eMPI and patient merges. Working in a highly customized environment the analysts required a huge investment in training.
Patient duplicates pairs had to be identified, and merged in all Siemens and Non Siemens EHR’s.
To constantly improve quality of service, and developed new methods to ensure quality was kept at paramount.
To handle all issues/concerns brought up by the Customer sites WRT to any patient demographic, Cases, Billing data.
To work on highly critical data, the functions were extremely sensitive and had to be blunder free as the customer sites were multi hierarchical.
To write news letter articles for Siemens and Managed Services - Applications. One article published on eMPI and Patient duplicates.
To function as a value add lead, to coordinate all the functions of value additions and best practices for Managed services.
Submitted a topic on “Patient safety in an unclean environment” at Innovations, 2013- A Siemens-Customer collaborative meet.
Trained and certified for HIPPA, PHI, and Meaningful use.
