Developed and defined strategy for Pakistan’s Largest Health Network & Market Leading Condoms. Designed, executed, and managed comprehensive Brand & Services marketing plans encompassing integrated marketing initiatives designed to penetrate and grow targeted markets. Communicate with Donors, management, internal departments, and vendors to coordinate overall marketing & health impact efforts in accordance with corporate goals. Play central role in Annual Marketing plan implementation. Lead radical cross functional teams (Brand Marketing, Health Services, Interpersonal Comms. & Regional sales teams). Prepare and manage Portfolio Marketing budgets. Provided leadership to Brand team (Incl. BM, ABM, AMs) for marketing materials (TVCs, Radio, Print, OOH, Trade communication).
