- Day-to-Day Chequing, Savings and Retail Deposits - International Banking, Caribbean Region (ECR - 21 countries) based out of Toronto - July 2015 to current
Currently engaged in developing and rolling out Primary Customer strategy for the region, which leverages big data analytics for product design and marketing, cross functional collaboration, and operational execution.

- Credit Cards - Canada - July 2010 to June 2015
Developed and executed strategy for nationwide acquisition of new accounts, utilizing big data analytics, digital marketing, risk segmentations, and offer management. Delivered 21% CAGR over 5 years when the industry grew by 6.7%. At different times also responsible for on-boarding strategy, life-cycle, and attrition management. Launched several new products including the Scotiabank American Express suite.
