Strategic and Analytical Part

• Sharing Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Half Yearly and Yearly reports on MOM & YOY Growth.
• Sharing Product Penetration Reports with Middle Management for the analyses of Income Achievement V/s Costing of the branch.
• Sharing comparison reports for different branches in the Zone.
• Sharing RM wise Login, Issuance and Pending Business reports on Daily & Weekly basis.
• Sharing the comparison reports on Income generation in the branch from different TPP products like Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds.
• Sharing the Comparison Reports amongst the competitors on Market penetration.

Channel Partner Portfolio Analyses

• Sharing Portfolio penetration reports for 8 Branches on Weekly basis.
• Sharing Persistency reports on portfolios.
• Sharing Product Category wise penetration reports on RM portfolios.

Business Development Part

• Handling a team of 10 people placed in every branch of the Channel Partner.
• Conceptualizing & developing Training & Development initiatives for improved productivity, enhanced business & quality enhancement of the channel partner’s staff members and Insurance officers.
• Effectively communicating and implementing the strategies for the smooth running of business through Channel Partner.
• Liaison with the Branch Manager and Cluster Head for Business development.
• Ensuring timely delivery of the set organizational goals.

Notable Contributions & Achievements

• Have build up the relation with the channel partner well enough to ensure smooth running of business and have been able to drive a converted business of Rs. 2.5 cr. in a span of 9 months.
• Have shown turnaround in the business volumes of 3 low performing branches of the channel partner in a very short time ( 10 days ) and also thereby helped them to achieve there YTD targets in time.
• Have received Certificate of Appreciation from VP Banc assurance & Business Head (NEC) for being a top performer on NOP’s by doing 110 policies in the month of Feb. 2010.
• Won a trip to Mauritius by doing 186% of monthly targets in Feb. 2010
• Have received Certificate of Appreciation from VP Banc assurance for being Star Performer in the 1st Quarter (AMJ 2010) by doing 137% of quarterly targets
• Have received a Certificate of Appreciation from VP Banc assurance for being on top in the zone in “JULY KA TOPPER” initiative in the month of July 2010 by doing 171% of July targets.
• Have received a Certificate of Appreciation for getting promoted to Sr. CAM level in a span of 10 months.
• Received a Certificate of appreciation from VP Banc assurance, EVP & Head Banc assurance and MD & CEO for superb performance in Swagatam Drive ran in Dec 2010
