My passion to help people is what lead me to obtain my MBA. I love helping people, and in turn helping a company achieve its goals. My goal in life is to make a positive impact on the people I come into contact with. I am organized, precise, a great listener, and a quick thinker on my feet. I solve problems for people...

I started at the firm with the intention of becoming a paralegal. My original position was Legal Secretary and after a couple of months I became a paralegal with a few administrative tasks attached. My boss was very impressed with my work especially my admin tasks, so he told me to pick a side: legal or admin. I realized I could confidently say I was great at my admin tasks and I loved the work. I went back to school for my MBA and a few months later became the Business Operations and Finance Manager. I then worked my way up to Office Manager where I handle everything from human resources to invoicing and I LOVE it.

My undergraduate is in Criminal Justice. I originally chose this major because I wanted to specialize in victimology. I wanted to help the victims find a way to continue even though something bad had happened. The more I learned about this field, the more I knew it wasn’t for me. I then decided after I graduated I would go to law school to help people find justice.
I obtained my paralegal certificate after undergrad and began working at a law firm to see if law was the right field for me. Since the firm I'm at is a smaller firm I ended up taking over several administrative roles. It was there that I realized what my calling was and that I needed to go back and obtain an MBA. After 3 long years of part-time classes, I made it.
