Chased the dream of teaching my own classroom. I lived for the moments I could impact kids and help them to those "light bulb" moments when they realized their abilities and connected with the lesson. Our Fraternity was built on the idea that women who bond together can build each other up, encourage growth, inspire change and generally care for and invest in each other; all for a positive impact in all things they touch. This concept should spread like wildfire to all groups of people. Just imagine, if all people bonded together to do brave and wonderful things!

I thought I was going to be a teacher, but life had a different plan for me! While I have not used my teaching degree in a traditional school setting, I find myself applying my knowledge of good instruction in everything I do. In all careers you must grow and learn, the best team players learn how to teach others to grow. Every day you should learn something new!
