I jumped into Retail Marketing without knowing much of what I was getting into and a PR background. Now that I'm in the thick of it, I'm really learning every day. We run fully-functioning retail spaces for an international technology company as well as the marketing both inside and in the communities around the retail locations.
We aim to make the most memorable experiences for consumers, rather than superficially pull them in.

This was my first experience working with internationally recognized clients who want much more than just to be connected to a notable publication or a newsworthy celebrity. I loved the challenge working for 3 amazing clients - one tech, one automotive, and one lifestyle brand. I was able to grow tenfold in my knowledge, experience, and inspiration to innovate in the world of communications and marketing.
This being my second experience as a Fashion PR intern, I felt like I got the hang of things a bit more and was able to appreciate it for what it really was -- influencer PR and marketing strategy. We worked with top celebrities all over the world to promote our clients at all the biggest red carpet events.
This was my first experience seeing the fashion industry from the inside out. The inner-workings fascinated me and the concept of trends, their ebb and flow all controlled by some invisible hand of the fashion gods, is what got me hooked.
