As an Account Manager, I have come to realize that there is only so much a stellar product and engineering team can do to ensure accountability with a client. BUT, establishing trust with the client, alongside an industry-leading product and engineering team, will truly enable the project or account to climb to the next level. That is where the Customer Success/Account Manager comes in. A truly outstanding Customer Success Manager has the ability to organically and comfortably create open, honest relationships with clients.
