Answered incoming calls to service department and scheduled appointments to proper technician teams. Responded to online chats for service scheduling purposes. Answered basic maintenance questions for customers including looking up previous session vice records, verifying safety recalls and scheduled service intervals, and referred customers to partnered businesses for unsupported services. Made follow up calls to previous customers to confirm pre-scheduled appointments as well as calls to customers waiting for parts orders.
