Levo is a growing community of professional women seeking advice, inspiration, and the tools needed to succeed.

Levo League is your career cockpit for the first phase of your professional journey. During these years, you decide what you want to do, who you want to be, and how you're going to get there. Success means something different to each of us. We hope the support from Levo's community of like-minded women will be invaluable in helping our members achieve their career goals.

Levo is the Latin root of the word “elevate,” which captures our mission for professional women to ascend together, strengthening us all in the quest to achieve our career dreams.

About Levo League

Levo League is a social good startup designed to elevate young women in the workforce by providing the career resources needed to achieve personal and professional success.

Join our community of like-minded professionals, students and mentors who are dedicated to helping each other build amazing careers.

Our Mission

At Levo, we are working toward our vision of a future where there is no income or achievement disparity between women and men across industries. Our mission is to create a trusted community of young professionals who are invested in supporting each others' success in game-changing leadership positions.

Our Team

Levo is brought to you by a small team that packs a lot of punch. We are (mostly!) Gen Y women who know exactly what you're going through — because we're right there with you. We strive to alter current statistics and change the dynamic for women in the workplace.

And just like you, we're not doing this alone. We're supported by a renowned team of advisors and investors, plus an extraordinary group of volunteers leading our LocalLEVO communities.

Meet us all on our Team page!

At Levo League, we believe…

  • …In the power of women helping women.
  • …In providing the tools and confidence to ask for more.
  • …In speaking honestly about the road to success.
  • …In synergy, as we are all strong individually but together we are stronger.
  • …In a responsibility to the generations of women who came before us and to those who will come after us.
  • …That in building this community together, we have the strength and ability to create change.

Our Community

Levo League's positive impact is a direct reflection of the dedicated members who have joined our community. The following success stories are just four examples of women who have seen their careers influenced by the connections and resources provided by the Levo community.

Tracy Bartley

Finding a temporary contracting position on Levo League with Gryphn.co really helped pull me through a period of unemployment. Literally — at the end of my 3 months they hired me on full time! I would recommend Levo League's job listings to anyone. The companies offering positions (even internships!) are unique, the jobs posted are modern and interesting. I found my perfect fit and have never been happier at work!

Sarah Mitus

Dinner with LocalLEVO members was like having dinner with women I had known forever. We talked about everything from careers to dating in a supportive environment that we all were able to contribute to and learn from.

Michelle Liu

Levo advice, office hours, opportunities, and inspiration bring me motivation and encouragement each day.

— Michelle Liu, Washington D.C.
Allison Ansari

Using the resources I found on Levo, I had the confidence to ask for 20% more than the original offer I received from a new organization. I was able to work out a deal 15% higher and negotiate more vacation days per year. I knew that my experience was valuable to the organization and I deserved a stronger offer.

— Allison Ansari, Brooklyn

Our Office Hours

At Levo, we advocate the power of mentorship, but also know how hard it can be to find one. That's why we host weekly Office Hours. These 30-minute group video chats provide members with the benefits of mentorship, including advice from top career experts and lessons learned from some of the biggest names in business. You can tune in, ask questions and get your weekly dose of mentoring without having to leave your desk. Interested in participating as an expert or mentor in Office Hours?
