There are 90 tablets per bottle of Super-Plus, and the recommended dosage is 3 tablets per day.

However, because most of us have stored up so much pollution, we recommend that you double up for the first few months, and take 4 in the morning on an empty tummy, and 2 at night before going to bed. Feel free to experiment.

Children

Children 4 to 12 years old probably only need 1 a day, unless they have an illness or disease.

Adolescents 13 to 20 years old can take 3 a day.
